I am betting Newcastle Utd -0.25 and over 2.5 goals scored in one of the biggest derbies in English football the Tyne-Wear derby which has not been played in 10 years as a Premier league match in Sunderland. Sunderland have had a brilliant season but there may one or two signs that they have overachieved starting to show and to add to that there are signs that Newcastle are starting to click. Sunderland's new found confidence at this level may be their undoing today, in front of their home support they are sure to play on the front foot and Newcastle enjoy being able to play on the counter attack. I am also adding the over 2.5 goals for this game, I can see where both teams get on the scoresheet today and over 2.5 goals has clicked in Newcastle's last 7 matches, I think this will be an open derby and I think Newcastle will come out on top and are value for a bet.
