I am betting Everton -1.25, I think this game will mean so much to Everton that they will get the job done against an ell ready relegated Southampton who have already lost 28 games this season. In those 28 losses they have seen at least 3 goals in 21 of those defeats and with this game being a celebration I think it will be played in an open manner so adding the over 2.5 goals scored too.
