I am betting Brighton here -0.5 in this M23 derby and over 2.5 goals scored, they face a Palace team who are almost certain to still be without key midfielder Adam Wharton which is a negative for the Londoners. The Seagulls come into after not being able to hang on to a 2-0 lead away at Leciester last weekend in what should have been a very much deserved win if they had, they will feel this is very much an ideal opportunity to bounce back against their rivals. These games can be cagey but I think the over 2.5 goals scored is worth a bet, it is a low goal line for 2 teams that have a history of both scoring in this fixture, Palace's matches do have the lowest average in the premier league however in the past few games they have started to click and we have started to see more goals in their games 3 of their last 6 matches going over 2.5 goals and their average goals in those matches is 2.5 and it feels like that average will continue to rise, Brighton's matches have an average of 3.13 and I just think over 2.5 goals is worth a bet as well as betting the home team -0.5.
