Tottenham Hotspurs vs Aston Villa Prediction
I am betting Tottenham -0.5 and over 3.25 goals scored, I fancy Spurs to beat Villa who may also have one eye on their up coming midweek Champions league match. However, I do think Villa have been a little lucky to have the amount of points they currently have, games against Fulham, Everton, Man United and Wolves could easily have been different, at various times during each of each of those games the other team were on top and in 3 of those Villa came back or went on to win and claim all 3 points. It is possible to argue that this is a sign of a good team however I believe Villa had breaks at the right time and results ended up going their way. So today I believe Spurs are value, they can be in and out in terms of their performances but you usually know what you are getting from them and if they can take their chances I believe they are the better team. Spurs are team who know one way of playing and that is hold a high line and attack, teams can enjoy success against them if they can sit deep and get in behind the Spurs defense and while I think Villa can do the latter and score they won't be sitting deep and Spurs should create plenty of chances against this Villa team and as a result but I also think betting the over 3.25 goals should be included as a bet.
